On 5 September 2026, Rukhsana Foundation conducted a professional development workshop in collaboration with One Step Technician, an IT firm, centred on three core areas: Philosophy of Learning, Philosophy of Teaching, and Philosophy of Assessment.

The workshop gave our educators a practical framework to examine how students learn, how teaching methods can be aligned with learning objectives, and how assessment can identify progress as well as learning gaps.

By investing in continuous teacher development, Rukhsana Foundation is strengthening the quality of learning at the classroom level and creating better educational experiences for its students.
