During the critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Rukhsana Foundation demonstrated exceptional dedication and compassion with its ‘Ramzan Campaign’. This initiative, spearheaded by the Rukhsana Foundation, was designed to go the extra mile in providing assistance to those in need during the Muslim holy month of Ramzan. This time holds special significance as many Muslims are profoundly committed to aiding those less fortunate. Its main goals are to gather funds and raise awareness for millions of underprivileged Muslims worldwide. The Campaign also fosters a sense of unity and generosity among Muslims across the globe. Its core mission is to shine a light on the significant challenges faced by impoverished individuals worldwide and showcase the diverse ways in which charities like Rukhsana work tirelessly to lend a helping hand.
Furthermore, the Ramadan Campaign provides a valuable opportunity for all Muslims to come together during a period widely regarded as one of reflection and tranquility. During Ramadan, the Foundation extended a helping hand to those in need by distributing Ramadan packages valued at Rs. 3000 each.
These packages included essential items such as 20 kg of Flour (Atta), 2 kg of White Channay, 3 kg of Ghee, 200 gms of Tapal Tea, 2 kg of Daal Channa, 1 bar of Lifebuoy Soap, 3 kg of Sugar, 1 pack of Sooper Biscuits, and 2 kg of Masoor Daal.
The Foundation’s generosity provided deserving individuals and families with the means to sustain themselves during this sacred month, emphasizing the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines Ramadan.
