On October 5, 2024, students from Rukhsana Foundation took part in a session of the LUMS Math Circle, an initiative launched by the LUMS math department. Designed to bridge the gap between students’ interest in math and their chances to explore it, the program focuses on enhancing problem-solving skills. For the past five years, the Rukhsana Foundation has proudly been part of this endeavor. This particular session was conducted by renowned Brazilian math professor Dr. Krerley Oliveira, giving our students an inspiring opportunity to deepen their mathematical curiosity and problem-solving abilities. Engaging with peers and instructors, this experience significantly boosted their confidence and passion for mathematics, equipping them for future challenges.
