Mrs. Rukhsana Mushtaq Tahirkheli (LATE) is the face of Rukhsana Foundation. The ever smiling, politely conversing Mrs. Rukhsana Mushtaq Tahirkheli (LATE) is the symbol of love and affection and she generously shares it with the hapless. She firmly believes in the fact that “Charity Begins At Home” and is always ready to play her part in making a difference in the lives of the needy. She was born, on 9th may 1942 in a family that was always ready to help the less fortunate. Her father was a captain in the British army.
What We Do..
Care is a small word, a four letter, looks like an insignificant word that one might easily overlook, but when it comes to the meaning, it is the most significant word there is. Its meaning holds the insight and the purpose of life on this earth, the way life should be lived. Everyone or thing born, has a purpose but not necessarily the same fortune. God directs the fortunate to share their good fortune with those who need help and look for care and affection.

Medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore and worked at the Shaikh Zaid Hospital Lahore.
